Chess Club begins on Tues Feb 20 at 8:00 for all who signed up. 

Yesterday was our Pays to Read assembly where students had the opportunity to win prizes. They have been earning tickets in their classroom based on their reading and tickets were pulled for individual or class prizes. The assembly was a lot of fun and so many students were able to pick out books for home. Congratulations to our grand prize basket winners, Lincoln C. in 1st grade and Lydia O. in 3rd grade.

Wyatt B represented Apple Valley Elementary School in the Nebo School District STEM Fair and won Best in Show.

This Tuesday was 100 days in Kindergarten and each class celebrated with a variety of activities. Students brought in 100 objects, classes stacked 100 cups and took 100 licks of lollipops. One class dressed up like they were 100 years old. It was a fun day of celebrating. 

Spring pictures will be taken on Thursday Feb 7 for any students purchasing a package.
