Dear Parents,

 

As a reminder, Splash Summit reading logs are due THIS FRIDAY, MARCH 29TH to your child’s teacher. BOTH SIDES OF THE PAPER MUST BE SIGNED WITH ALL SIGNATURES TO RECEIVE A DAY PASS TO SPLASH SUMMIT WATERPARK. If a signature is missing on either side, the form will not be accepted. This is the waterpark’s requirements, not Apple Valley’s. Reading logs WILL NOT be accepted after the 29th as they will be submitted that evening. 

 

If you chose to participate, your day pass ticket will be delivered mid April.
