Our student council members had the opportunity to attend a conference at BYU. The conference is a great opportunity to learn about leadership and how to improve yourself and those around you.
Two student council members, Amy P. and Hope C., together wrote a summary of their experience. "We attended the BYU Conference on Oct. 8. We listened to four speakers. We also exchanged stickers with other schools. We learned a lot. We learned to be kind and watch out for each other. We learned to smile, compliment, and invite. We heard quotes like "Despite everything that has happened, i still believe everyone is good at heart". We learned to make sure everyone has a friend and a partner in class. We enjoyed it. "
