Mrs. Lopez has 3 kids, 2 girls and 1 boy! And she has 1 granddaughter.  She is from Oregon and loves Idaho Spuds. This is her 15th year teaching and has taught K-4th and in 6 different schools. We are so lucky to have her and her knowledge and skills at Apple Valley!
