Apple Valley students, including Full-Day Kindergarteners, will eat lunch at school each day. Students also have the opportunity to eat school breakfast. Students can bring a lunch from home or eat school lunch. School breakfast costs $1.50 and lunch costs $2.00 per meal.

Families within certain income guidelines can receive free or reduced prices on meals for their students. To receive this benefit, families must submit a new application each year. The 2024-25 Free and Reduced Meal application is now available. If approved, both breakfast and lunch will be reduced or free.

To apply for Free and Reduced Lunch, login to your iCampus Parent Portal. Under the main menu, go to More>Meal Benefits.

We encourage ALL Apple Valley families to apply for Free and Reduced Lunch. This benefit will not apply to your student until it is approved. You will need to pay for meals until your application is approved. By applying now, your student's Free and Reduced benefit could begin right at the beginning of the school year.
