This week our super student council members, Sam and Pyper, chose to interview Mrs. Nielson, our amazing PE teacher. This is what they learned about her:

Favorite thing about Apple Valley: loves all of the kids

Favorite thing to teach: P.E. especially Dracula (a favorite game they play in Oct)

Favorite food: Nachos/ Chips & Salsa

Favorite treat: Look candy bar or a rocky road shake

Any other questions: Mrs. Nielson has 18, almost 19, grandkids and she loves playing and camping with them! She also loves watching the Jazz games. Mrs. Nielson wants everyone to be happy, kind, and to drink your water!
