Living Planet Aquarium came and visited with our 4th grade classes and taught them all about Utah enviroments. Utah has 3 enviroments: deserts, wetlands and forests. It is so fun that they were able to see animals and learn new information about Utah!

Last week was our It Pays to Read Assembly! The whole faculty and students alike, LOVE this assembly! All year students are reading and they get tickets with their name on it. If their ticket is chosen, they get to run up and pick a book out! There are also grand prize winners and students picked to have a chance to have friends/teachers shoot hoops to win prizes. This is high energy and so fun for everyone! We love doing this and supporting our awesome readers!

Mrs. Wimmers class had a fun activity learning about about art and colors! They loved it!

We had our 2nd Term perfect attendance party last week! We are so happy to celebrate these amazing students who were never absent or tardy all of 2nd term! They were able to enjoy a donut and some kid president videos. If you see any of these students, congratulate them on being so awesome!

Utah Give Kids a Smile will be holding their annual event on February 29, 2020 at the Utah College of Dental Hygiene in Orem. This event provides free dental exams and procedures for qualifying low income students age 5-12. For students to participate in this free event parents need to complete the Heath history and consent form and get them faxed in by the deadline. The deadline for completed forms to be faxed in is February 7, 2020.
