Apple Valley Second Graders have been learning about money and economics. On Friday, January 18th they participated in a Class Market Day which integrated Social Studies and Math concepts they have been learning about in class. Students took on the role of Producers as they made products to sell, or provided a service to sell. They acted as Consumers when they paid for products or services from their peers with money they earned in class for doing their "job" as a student.
