A couple of classes and teachers got to catch a glimps of Big Boy as it traveled right behind our school today! The kids loved it and cheered it on as it steamed by. What a neat sighting to witness! And a big thanks to Mr. Bettis for the amazing picture he took and shared with us!

Our 3rd graders had a fun filled day at the Red Barn for their annual field trip! The tractors came and picked them up at the school and transported all the kids to their farm. The kids where able to play on the big slides, have tractor races and pick a fresh apple off a tree. They had a lesson on how they plant orchards and how to tell what a tree is by it's blossoms. They finished the day with an apple cider donut! So fun!
